Our Memorandum & Articles of Association may be seen on the Charity Commission's website.

We have a trustee body, with members from many different professions and jobs. A Trustee (member of the Cicely Northcote Trust Council) is attached to each project to provide an active link between the project and the Trust. For example a Trustee may join a steering or advisory group or simply visit and monitor an activity from time to time.

We maintain contact with St Thomas' Hospital as much as possible and our President is the former Chairman of the Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital Foundation Trust.

The number of members of the Council should neither be less than eight nor more than twenty. The Council usually meets about four times a year and when necessary we set up sub committees to address particular matters.
